After installing and activating the theme, the below page will appear, asking you to activate the license. You need to enter the provided valid license key and your ThemeForest email to activate the license.
To find the license code of a theme you purchased from ThemeForest or any other Envato marketplace, you can adhere to the following steps:
Step-1:
Log into your ThemeForest/Envato account.
Step-2:
Navigate to the Downloads tab.
Step-3:
Locate your item, and click the Download button.
Step-4:
Click “License certificate & purchase code”.
Step-5:
Open the file and save the purchase code.
Troubleshooting:
While activating the theme, you may receive an error message due to several issues, such as an invalid key or a connection error. If you receive an error message saying “Invalid Key,” it means the license key you entered has a typographical error. So check the key and enter a valid one.
But if it shows you a “Connection Error” message, it means there is a problem connecting to the server. In this case, contact with our support. You can create a support ticket here.
