To actiavate the child theme, you need to navigate to Appearance>Themes>Add New Theme first. Then click on the “Upload Theme” button. Press “Choose file” and select the previously downloaded child theme from your computer.
Once the child theme is successfully installed, you can hover over it and tap on the “Activate” button to get it activated.
