Follow the below steps to troubleshoot the critical session issue on your website:
Step – 1:
First, navigate to Tools > Site Health. Click on the “An active PHP session was detected” to detect the session issue.
Step – 2:
Once an issue is detected, move to Crowdy Theme > Theme Settings. Then turn the “Activate Theme Demo” button off. Finally, click on the “Save” button to get the session issue fixed.
